What to prepare before your interview
  • ✓ 带好证件 / Bring your documents ID, SSN card, references list
  • ✓ 穿着整洁正式 / Dress neatly and formally Clean clothes, no casual wear
  • ✓ 提前15分钟到达 / Arrive 15 minutes early Shows respect and punctuality

What to do after the interview — follow-up matters
  • 发感谢邮件或短信 / Send a thank-you note Within 24 hours: "Thank you for your time. I'm very interested in this position." — Shows professionalism
  • 等待回复的时间 / When to follow up If no reply after 5–7 business days, it's okay to call or email once to check your status.
  • 记录您申请的公司 / Keep a job search log Note the company name, date applied, contact person, and result — helps you stay organized.
  • 每次面试都是练习 / Every interview is practice If rejected, ask for feedback if possible. Each interview makes the next one easier.
